About Me
I am in the final phase of my Master’s degree in Electronics at the City University of Applied Sciences Bremen; my thesis is due in just three months. The program is taught in English, but during my two and a half years in Bremen, I have also acquired solid German language skills.
As a student assistant in the Electric Drives department at Fraunhofer IFAM, I gained practical experience in the development and optimization of various electric motors using tools such as Ansys Maxwell, TwinBuilder, Python, and MATLAB. Transfering the complex calculaitons from excel to python and automation of the calculation workflow with the development of a tkinter GUI.
My academic background has also provided me with solid knowledge in the fields of electrical machines, power electronics, and control engineering. My current master’s thesis focuses on the machine learning-assisted co-optimization of motor geometry and inverter switching parameters for electric UAV propulsion systems—a project that integrates motor design, simulation, and data-driven optimization.
In my free time, I enjoy gardening and playing Minecraft. I also developed a Flutter app to track plant care and send notifications. It is a small project that combines my interest in technology with my love for plants.
